Question regarding Halo Reach K-Mart Deal (discount on select titles)

The deal doesn't show up on the ad I saw online. It just has Halo Reach and the $25 coupon.

Is the $25 discount in all stores? Do I just ask them about it?

What if I already bought Halo Reach at K-Mart and still want to buy a select title with the discount? I didn't know about this and I already bought it there.
