Quick Question Regarding Gamestop's Return Policy

Hi guys! I've been searching for an answer, but my resources are a bit limited at the moment with only using being able to use my iPhone. Also, I'm new to CAG so I hope this is alright to go here (Great site, btw)!

As for my question, I'm going to be traveling on a long trip this week with being in the car for the majority of the time. Because of this I'm thinking about buying a used DSi car charger. I'm curious if I would be able to return the used charger to a different Gamestop than from where I bought it?

Yes, you can return it to any GS stores, even across different states. However, I think the return window is 7 days for used products though.

Wonderful! Thank you very much! Is the same return policy used for new Gamestop chargers? I wouldn't think so, but just to be sure.

Your only resource was a phone and you didn't just call and ask? But, no, you can't return new merchandise if it's been opened, only exchange it it's defective.

Which I think he can do. I don't think you have to return things back to the store you got them from.

Actually, I'm not sure what the policy is now but not too long ago they policy for new accessories was different from games. Opened new games could only be exchanged, but opened accessories could be returned for your full amount back even if they were open.
