R6 Vegas Online - how would you handle this?

CAGiversary!
So I just started playing on Live and bought R6 Vegas. Now, I know I will be getting my butt handed to me for a few eeks as I am not very good at games initially, but this kind of threw me for a loop. How would you handle this?

I jumped into a game that said it had one slot left. It was only the host and I and since he set it for only two people deathmatch (sharpshooter) I was wary to begin with. The match starts quickly and I did not get a chance to bow out before it began. I was more interested in playing against a large group and learning from my pitiful deaths, Anyway, I wanted to quit at the beggining but was afraid of getting a bad rep, so I stuck it out. The tool proceeds to camp in the same spot and during a 10 minute match only kills me 4 times. i was bored but I was afraid to bail. What would you have done?

All I wanted to do was avoid him later, but microsoft wants you to set a whole bunch of reasons... they need to add a simple did not have fun option to avoiding others on Live.

I would start playing with a group of friends that you already know and are comfortable with.

If you are pretty decent with FPS games, you'll pick up the R6:Vegas style of play in a few nights worth of play, no worries.

Bail. If people gave me a bad rep between the people who I've bailed on and the people I've crushed on R6 Vegas, I'd have an awful rep. I think I've had 4 people rep me, and only one has been negative (I bailed on a game of UNO) and 3 positives have been CAGs I believe.

I would've bailed. Why? I do not care about rep. Gomer and the rest of the CAG RS; Vegas guys can vouch I'm not an smart ass, racist, team killer, bad sport & etc but I have bad rep feedback.

90% of this is from me beating people, example: going 20 - 4 in a ranked game. I never quit early, & I'm never unsporting. No tea bagging here. I once stayed in a ranked game against a whole 7 man clan after my team left (spawn killing) Though I must admit the disruptive part could be due to the Dr Smack Talk, we'll blame that one on Cheapy for the $10 CC.com sale thread way back.;)

And IMO, the only time MS looks into a complaint IMO is when cheating/system tampering feedback is sent. If MS wanted a real feedback system they would need moderators acting as regular gamers.

I've got over 66% avoided, doesn't bother me any.

I think there is a section for being an ass like he was. I think its under "unsporting conduct: does not play to the spirit of the game" or something to that effect.
R:6 has an unusually high number of asshats who play it and will kick you for no reason, or because they want to stack the teams a certain way. Don't sweat it and just create your own rooms so you can control who plays with you.

Hahahahaha!!!!! This is funny, cause this happened to my friend and I we were playing 2 against the other 6. They started it 6 on 4 cause they got the switch in right before launching and then the 2 guys on our team dropped. This is what we did to screw them, we got a head of them by 3 kills early on and both died and just sat in the equipment selection screen for 15 mins.

We only did it cause we were down 15-7 out of the gun and they started spawn camping us, so after a well placed frag and then a bunch of kills their plan backfired. fuck spawn campers.

Wow that sounds like so much fun.

I h8 that. U get it alot over rainbow 6, and to be honest i really dont enjoy playing it online anymore unless im in a clan match. join a clan, i think thats a really good way to get the most out of the game online, coz the teams are even and u need to use the squad based tactics to win.

i usually forget there is a rep system on xbox live. i mean there's so many assholes on live that still play i'm sure that rep system doesn't do anything. next time just quit.
