Good deal for RS3, bad for MP2. I picked up MP2 on XBox for $12.99 used at a local store called "Rhino". I guess it's good for a new copy, but you could find it cheaper.

Just to let you know, the sales for stores like Target and Best Buy and Circuit are all posted usually on Wednesday or Thursday before the sale starts by a user on here that gets the flyers early.
