I'm under the assumption that most GBA games are printed in a limited run; however, there are some that are severely limited. Just wanted to know if there were some titles that came to mind. Through my experience, these are some that are at a premium for whatever reason. I'm speaking to complete sets, not cart only.

1)Some Bratz! title.
2)Phantasy Star Collection
3)Caesars Palace
4)Pinball of the Dead

I have heard that Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance is in demand, but I have seen copies of that floating around. It's demand is created more because of the quality of the game than the limited supply, me thinks.

Much of the Harmonies floating around are fakes. Genuine copies are quite rare. Same with Aria of Sorrow, though this game can still be found in many places, in a few months it will be as hard to find as Harmony. There are also a bunch of fake Arias.

Yea I have been looking for several weeks for a legit Aria of sorrow for less than its retail price, luckally a local store still has copies. EBgames is selling Aria used for 34.99. The Pinball of the dead i have seen in several places recently in the discount/bargain bin same with PS collection

My Toys R Us is like digging in to the ground to look at the various fossil layers - you can see the past.

I see Aria of Sorrow, PSC, all there! Just at retail price, of course.

Pinball of the Dead is not rare here. I bought 2 used copies complete with everything. But I haven't really found a NEW copy though
Just wondering, but how are they fake?
They are bootleg copies that are generally made in Korea. The biggest problem is they use a really ghetto battery pack so it probably won't save for very long, if at all.

Ebay won't care, look at the guy's feedback, he is probably generating tons of income for them. And even if you got shut down, you can always come back in a different name

im looking for a complete tactic ogre for under 30 used and opened but that game seems to be the rarest GBA i have found yet. complete ones even rare on ebay

There are only two Rare GBA games: Donkey Kong Country and Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge.

:D

Other than that...why do you care? Anything that's mass-produced in the quantities that video games are will most likely never be rare.

Then again...that's just my $.02. No flaming the innocent Walrus, please.

I was originally going to say that Grunty's Revenge overflows at my CC but then I realized the joke.

I'm such a dumbass.

i can get a sealed tactics ogre for 40, a sealed duke nukem advance for 30, and got chu chu rocket new (display copy) for 20. i heard these are pretty hard to find. this true?
what do u want for ur selaed ogre tactics
there is no way I am gettin rid of it but if Gamestop near me has any left I will PM you

The first 2 are hard to find. You can get Chu Chu Rocket for $18 plus shipping sealed on Half.com so it's a little hard to find in stores but online not as difficult to find.

I'd say Ninja Five-O iand Klonoa: Empire of Dreams are both fairly rare, but it seems as though certain Targets now have Klonoa.

I highly doubt Klonoa is... there are 5 copies on the shelf at my local target for $15 each.

I've seen a bunch of Tactics Ogre and Castlevania HoD's randomly, off the top of my head I think they were 'on sale' for $30 at Compusa.

Ebay auctions also have to do with timing. If the auction ended at a bad time (like during the day or on a Saturday night) that could be why it only went for $30.

I have Gradius Galaxies , got it for 15 bucks at CC awhile back. I also hear that Street Fighter:turbo Revival is rare.

For those truly interested...

My gamestop has Pinball of the Dead NEW for $9.99. They also have Tactics Ogre NEW for $24.99. If anyone is interested in these let me know and I'd be happy to see how many copies they have left, etc.
