receipt needed for reserves?

I recently Reserved FFXII CE ,but I lost the receipt,will they still sell me it? I have been worried about this problem

I doubt it.....maybe you can show them your License/ID so it says the same name or something...try calling them too..

All you need to do is tell them your phone number and they'll still have record of it.

Your name and number should be in their system, unless they never asked for it. That's how it always was when I would pre-order something from EB. Just call them, or go down there.
