perhaps i can be of more help. i too ordered a sweatshirt, and still have not received it. i called them about 3 weeks ago (beginning of february), and they said they were still waiting for the sweatshirts to arrive (ridiculous). if you would like to call them, here's the number:

I ordered a hooded sweatshirt on October 30th and just received it last Friday. It only took about 4 months, but they are still sending stuff out.
As a bonus, my cc never got charged for the shipping and handling.

I got my beanie fairly quick, but i can't say the same about my hoodie. Hopefully it arrives sometime.
