Red Bandanas???!!?

Okay, I've searched the forum, but have yet to figure it out.

What's with all the red bandana's (from some game cover I know, can't place which one), all plastered over the bottom halves of tons of different avatars and signatures.

And if no one knows what I'm talking about or even notices it....

just look the other way, nothing to see here.
