CAGiversary!
Does anyone know if it would be possible to pick this tv up in circuit city today, and then go in during the sale at best buy and have them adjust for the difference? CC is selling it for $1300 right now, id rather do this than wait in line overnight at bestbuy.

Which plasma model is this? Plasma screens used to be prone to burn-in if a static image stay on (a part of) screen for extended period of time. This is specially true if you play games that have static status bar and such for hours. However, I also heard that the latest gen of plasma are more resistant to burn-in...almost to the same level of a CRT TV.

EDIT: I looked around and this is the TV: Panasonic TH-42PX60U, isn't it?

Btw, most plasmas screens are only capable of 720p natively. So if you are to play 1080i or 1080p 360/PS3 games, it will get down converted.
