Requesting online sites selling instructions for PS2, GCN Games

I just found out about gamerecyclery.com but it seems to be down. Are their any other sites that offer to sell instructions for games?

www.gamerecyclery.com used to be great, but for reason it won't load for me. Maybe you'll have better luck.

www.bregames.com has decent selection, but sorta high prices.

for the slipcases, there is a site where people upload the images of case art and then you can just print it out, maybe someone can post that site? i cant remember it for the life of me

EDIT: oh i forgot, DO NOT ORDER SNES OR NES MANUALS FROM www.nintendo.com They are just photocopies and not actual manuals. the next gen manuals are fine(gamecube, gba, nintendo ds) but avoid their snes and NES manuals
