Resident Evil 5 press kit

Let me guess danh you ordered the tournament stick from them... I received the mega man press kit and the Street Fighter press kit no problems.

i think it's funny that they try to sell these extras when anyone who is really from the press (or anyone who really tries, and knows how to do it) can easily get them for free.
If they sell out, my faith in humanity will decrease even more
Well get prepared. Dont underestimate stupid people.
worst online retailer i've ever dealt with
Seconded. I've never dealt with a company so unable/unwilling to address customer issues. I wouldn't order from them based on past experience, but beyond that, $50 for some surgical gloves and a box with a Tricell logo on it?

What was in the street fighter press kit? I know the MM9 kit was a case made to look like a NES cart for the game with a disc in it. Don't remember what was to be on the disc I want to think it was videos and maybe a demo.

These aren't really press kits though. They are items which were sent to the press along with the press kits for the respective games. As such, I doubt these are going to be in demand like the SF or Mega Man kits.

Strongly agreed. They crushed my SF Press Kit because they just threw it in a padded pouch and after spending over an hour on the phone trying to actually get ahold of a customer service person, they required me to pay to send it back and then only refunded the price, leaving me stuck with shipping both ways. Of course, they wouldn't send another one because they were sold out. Last time I will ever buy from those morons.

bought re5 ce from them, aside from being backordered on release day (when newegg had it in stock for $1 cheaper) it arrived damage because of being so loosely packed. When i asked to get another one and send this back I constantly got a runaround until they said that I couldnt because I placed the order more than 30 days ago (10 days after they shipped it to me)

But my good old chase amazon card got me the money back and I had a ups driver at my door a few days later picking it up to send it back

so yeah, if you're gonna buy from this place, make sure you got a good cc that will back you up
...as if they didn't scam enough money out of people with the overpriced limited edition set.
And the multiplayer.

Wow about sharing said information? ;)

I went ahead and got the Flock press kit because a) I hope the game is good and b) I'm a sucker for video game-related figures. At least it was cheaper than the RE5 kit.

The massive "these aren't deals" posts are getting worse and worse everyday...

These types of threads should be merged into a giant "This isnt a deal but its still funny" sort of thread.. or put them in with their respective game in the 360/ps3/wii forums..

Yeah all these fake collector's editions and limited additions. They used to be a good value and really limited so you had something that was really worth something. Now they are charging high prices and just make them on demand. Limited to how many they can sell.

Clearly, neither you or your friends have tried to purchase UFC fighting gloves.

One of my buddies suckered into that scam. What a moron.
