There is a kinda franchise mode in it. You can basically be the owner/GM/coach instead of a player. Only thing is that no fantasy drafts :(

 
I went to Best Buy and picked up the last copy of the :ps3: Battlefield 4 beta they threw in a free copy of Medal of Honor Warfighter with it.

They added fantasy drafts in as a patch about a month after release. Same as it ever was now.
 
Eye Brawl is my second favorite Giants character (after Ninjini). The upgraded "Eye For an Eye" path is pretty cool when he fires off a bunch of mini eyeballs. And he spouts off eyeball puns as he defeats enemies. Definitely worth the $5 unless they screw you on shipping.

If you have a recent Madden like 10, 11, or 12, I'd say skip 13. I'm playing it now and it seems about the same or worse than the last three. It seems like there's only a few repeated lines of commentary and camera angles. And EA shifted most of their emphasis to Ultimate Team rather than the other game modes.

Thanks OP! I snagged the Skylanders Giants figure for my nephew, he loves those damn things, and doesn't have the Eye Brawl character yet. Good deal too, the Giants figures are $15 in-store, and this one was (after tax) $5.34, and free shipping. Thanks, cheers!

I ran into the same situation. A quick call and Best buy was able to remedy the problem and admitted that there was a bug in the system, and that it was a '1-off incident'. They offered me a $10 gift card for the trouble :D/

Happened to me, too. A $11 order became a $25 order. WTF, Hubert? So it's at least a "3-off incident".

Decided to bite on MOH: Warfighter. During checkout, I noticed I had a $5 RZ cert. I could apply.  Checked my RZ status, saw I was still a tiny bit short on points for the $5, until I noticed the current $5 off is a complementary "We Miss You" cert!  Never had one issued, so I was pretty jazzed about that.

Would RE6 be a good birthday gift for a friend who got a 360 almost solely for Nike Kinect? I wanted to get him a game, cause he literally has nothing else on the system, but I can't figure out what to get. 

 
Nah, he's not a gamer and from the Conan review it seems as though RE6 would be easy to pick up and just shoot zombie fun. 

 
Realistically, it's not unplayable, but it's so inconsistent in its content that it might confuse a casual gamer. $10 isn't much of a risk, but he might play it a couple of times and just not go back to it. 

 
Hmmm, I guess I'll just look into getting him a FPS then, probably Call of Duty or Halo.

Not sure if I'd recommend it to a casual gamer, but RE6 is a good co-op game. If you or another friend of his would be willing to play with him (and maybe help him learn to play it), it might be worth the $10. Wouldn't recommend it for the singleplayer though. RE6 is a love it or hate it type of game. I personally loved it and thought it was better than RE5.

 
I meant that 5 was a horrendous Resident Evil game, too. 6 was just as bad at ruining the name of the franchise, but I enjoyed its bloated gameplay a lot less than I did 5's.

I'm normally in the "different strokes for different folks" column of gaming, but for fuck's sake this game was an embarrassment of colossal proportions.

Do your "fantastic set pieces" include a rope that Leon will only climb 50% of the time while Ada fights endlessly in the background? Or the section near the beginning where you're supposed to "hurry" past the zombie hordes that won't fucking get up and attack you even if you're clipping into their bodies and shooting them in the head? Or Leon running away from a bouncing fighter jet like he's in a fucking Michael Bay movie? Or Chris fighting crazy crab-like enemies that only attack by shooting you with their fucking machine guns? Or the fact that you can get through 90% of the game by doing crazy spin kicks and other melee spam bullshit? Or scooting around on your ass for no goddamn reason at all and getting a custom title for it? Or picking up unexplained chess pieces to upgrade your stats, but only from the main menu? ETC ETC ETC

Seriously, fuck this game. It's the poster child of too many cooks in the kitchen. The best part of the game is the giraffe blowjob logo, and you can get that off of a Google search for free. It would be a shitty game on its own merits, but the fact that it not only carries the RE branding but is a main series installment is a travesty.

 
Thanks OP! Picked up Eye-Brawl for my son in store. It rang up as $14.99, but I had no problem getting the price match from their website.

I also found the Black Dynamite (movie) Blu-Ray for $7.99. Can't wait for the kids to go to bed so I can watch it.

Target and Wal-Mart won't PM BB.com. What is taking Amazon so long?

If anyone has an extra copy for $10 please let me know.

If I didn't already have RE6, I would buy that. Since I had a cert that was expiring soon, I used it to get MoH Warfighter for $5. I hear the game sucks but I'll give it a shot for $5, at least it also includes Battlefield 4 Beta. Thanks OP.

Hi. Target does pricematch. Show them the policy or ask to contact corp.

Also, tomb raider can be pricematched and also use the $1 preorder card to get $20 off. The target knew it and said only one pre day.

Thanks OP! I stopped after work to pick up RE6 but my local store was all sold out. I went ahead and ordered a copy from Amazon. I really wanted this at release but the terrible reviews scared me away. I loved Revelations on my 3DS so hopefully it's not as bad as I've heard. For $10 bucks???? It's worth a shot.
