Im not sure what the real name for em is but, simply put, I need to have 300-600 jello shot containers with lids before thursday/friday but I cant buy them online, anyone know what stores I could find them at for cheap?

Check the restaurant supply warehouses in your area. Or a party supply store. There's one locally here that's called Cash&Carry Paper that sells plates, plastic ware and those items you're looking for.
