IMO, they're ugly, cheap pieces of crap. Not worth $30. I'd say just go get the original systems. You can probably get both for cheaper than $30 combined if you shop smart.
 
I was gonna buy one of those but ultimately just grabbed an original snes at a flea. Paid at least 15 or 20 for it and it has 2 controllers and all the hookups. Go for an original if you can.
 
These are actually the best you can get other than the actual systems. They play pal and japanese imports and almost all games are compatible even castlevania 3 which seems to never work on these dual systems. The only issue is that the sound on the NES part is a little scratchy in games with high pitch sounds. Look at some videos on youtube to see it being played. It also has s video out for the snes portion which makes it look a bit better and authentic snes controllers can be plugged into it.
