Return Steering Wheel to Bestbuy?

I just bought a steering wheel from bestbuy and it is very bad, I decided to return it and wondering if I only have 14 days to return it. And are they going to charge me restocking fee. I do not want exchange, just returning.

Any thoughts?
 
I don't think they will. The only place I have a problem with it is at Compusa. Just straight up tell them it's a complete piece of garbage and that you don't like it.

I have been told that if you're incredibly nice they will not charge you a restocking fee. But if you're a jerk about it then they will. More reason to be nice.

If you go in and demand they bow to your every whim then they may be jerks back to you. But if you're nice and kind and say you're not satisfied, then you should be fine.
 
I bought GT4/Driving Force Pro bundle from them and only opened up the wheel to play with my roommate's copy of GT4 and some other driving games. We didn't have an ideal setup to play it in, so after a weekend, I figured it really just wasn't worth it. That's what I told them, that it just wasn't worth $150, so I was able to return it no problem, and w/o restocking fee. I also have a pretty extensive return (all non-opened merchandise except for a router and maybe another computer part) and price-matching record, so they could have easily rejected me, but they didn't.
