I wouldn't say complete garbage, but nothing that jumps out as a must-buy unless you really really like Love Live or really want the Seraph of the End Premium set.

The Gundam, Sailor Moon, and Ah! My Goddess stuff are decently priced.

I believe that may be the cheapest the Beyond the Boundary CE has ever been at. Paid about $95 for it the other year and it's up to par with the Chunibyo CE.

Genshiken 2 is at a nice price. Will bite when I can find stuff to get free shipping.

Q: Does Rightstuf charge for shipping?

Q: How quickly does Rightstuf ship out items?

A: At the beginning of the sales it will be rather fast, but as the sales get going it will get slower, and slower, as Rightstuf uses USPS for their Economy shipping, and just like every other retailer there will be delays. Generally Rightstuf processes things pretty quickly. Please keep in mind that pre-orders in an order may also cause delays, as your order may only ship once the pre-order item is available for shipping.

Q: How can I tell if a title is subbed, or dubbed?

A: Each item will have product details.

Q: Do these sales end once a new one begins?

A: Rightstuf has been adjusting their sales model starting from the previous couple of years. Below are details to sale models from the previous year.

Mega Deals are deals that will expire daily. Typically it is just one title (if the title for sale has two formats/releases, then both of those versions will be on sale).

Limited Time Offers appear to have replaced the wave sales from previous years, and seems to be exclusively ViZ titles for this year. They will last for one week, from Monday to the end of Sunday, CST.

Naughty List has been added this year. Instead of hiding the hentai in previous years, they're just going to make it its own section this year I guess, and making sure everybody knows about it. Not really sure what the time frame is for this one at the moment.

Day to Day sales are updated each day, and there are currently no expiration time for these items. Presumably they will end when the holiday sale event ends at Rightstuf. Will keep everyone posted if this changes.

Q: An item is no longer on sale for the original sale price. What gives?

A: "Quantities on some items are limited...", but this mainly just affects the ViZ DVD/Blu-rays that are part of the sales. They have done this in the previous year where once they have met a quota of items sold at the sale price, they will put the remaining stock back to the original price. Again, this mainly just affects the ViZ DVD/Blu-ray titles, but that does not mean other items from different publishers aren't affected, as they have been in the past as well.

Q: If I don't find something I want in a particular sale should I wait?

A: Waiting is always a good option especially if you're having a hard time getting to $49 for the free shipping, however, if you plan to wait on items make sure to keep track of the stock of the item.

Q: If things go out of stock will they come back in stock?

A: When items on Rightstuf get below a certain quantity a counter will appear, so just remember to keep tabs on certain items you may want eventually, but not immediately. Items do get restocked during these sales, but they're usually limited. Occasionally when certain items are restocked they may go up in price depending on the demand of the product. Rightstuf also will sell limited quantities on certain sale items, and once they are out of stock it will go back up in price.

Q: Will Rightstuf ship my order out if some of my items are backordered/pre-order?

A: Rightstuf will generally hold the order until all items are available to be shipped together at once. Occasionally they may split the orders up, and ship different parts even if it all of it can't be shipped together, but not often.

Q: Does Rightstuf offer price matching?

A: No.

Q: Does Rightstuf charge sales tax?

A: Sales tax will be required for all shipments to Iowa. This year they have also added tax information for Colorado and Oklahoma residents, although it appears tax will not be required at this time, however, you may still get charged tax in those states.

Q: Has a particular item in this year's sale been cheaper in the past?

A: At the top of the first post, there are two reference links to previous couple years of sale. Both of those threads have all sale items from those sales archived, so feel free to take a look if you are unsure about a purchase, and need something to reference and inform your decision.

Stock Counter (Once the quantity hits 0, it may or may not restock, and if it get's restocked there is a chance it may restock at a higher price, so make sure to keep an eye on these if there is a title you are interested in with a counter. Items listed with "No Longer Available For Purchase" have been deactivated, and will not be restocked unless they reactivate the listing first.)

I'd be all over those JoJo hardcover books if only I had the space. Manga takes up so much more room compared to anime. Actually had to trim my manga collection down over the years and keep the series I really, really like (Kenshin, One Piece, Dragon Ball, FMA, Berserk, Gantz, and Ichigo 100%). If Slam Dunk shows up, I may give in, though... X_X

I know that I'll be picking that up if I can hit the free shipping price. That show was extremely funny to me.

On a side note, I think we should try to collectively solve the Santa Klue game. We can see if anyone actually wins these things.

That set was on sale the year before too, so they eventually had to run out at some point. ;D

Very rarely.

Typically when it's gone, it's gone.

If they restock it, it's usually at a higher price due to demand.

For Iroha, are the cases for the standard and premium editions the same? I notice they only have standard for volume 2 and want to make sure they match.
