In the Rocksmith display at my local Sam's, there were plastic cards to pick up to buy the game/adapter set. The Xbox 360 ones all had little white stickers over the price that read $53.85.
The PS3 version was still the $72.xx price.
Could have just been my Sam's. I searched and it didn't look like Rocksmith existed on the Sam's Club website.
