It cost $20.2 shipped, which is less than the cost of a GH title for me. If you look at HK yahoo auction, you will find the lowest BIN is $120 HK before shipping for a new copy, so after shipping this is still a pretty good price.

It says Jap NTSC rather than PAL, does that still work in American PS2? If it works and its not an anime adventure game, I might consider.

No, it will not work on an unmodded PS2. As for the type of game, it is a dating sim + action-advanture game.
