No, you're not reading it right. There is no "reused, stolen or falsified" receipt in your example; just your legitimate receipt from Walmart. Also, in your example, you're not simply returning goods purchased from a different store at a lower price - you bought a game from Walmart for $30, and you're returning the same SKU to Walmart for $30; there is no profit involved.
