How do you get a promo code? I get emails from EA all the time and haven't seen anything about a code. Is there some other step to this or is it just for select users?

I have no idea how I get these promo codes. Maybe it's because I have contacted EA so many times about different things this is their way of repaying me. No but seriously I have had to contact EA about Mass Effect 2 and Bad Company 2. A couple of error messages for in game content. Trying to transfer content from one Xbox to another Xbox when my first one stopped working. A few times about Dr Pepper DLC and most recently an order I tried placing but it got canceled because the online sale went off like 15 minutes early. But I have no idea unless they are trying to tell me something.

Lame, was hoping they were sending these out to everyone. Thanks for the info, now I just need to track one down.

Ok people it is a one time use code. I waited for about 10 minutes to chat with EA Customer Support. The person let me know that it is indeed a one time use code and will expire this Sunday. I have messaged the lucky person who will get this code. Sorry I cant help out any more.
