We all know they are having 2 GH's games for 22 dollars for Reward Zone members... well, Sony just recently added some GH games that Best Buy (or anyone else for that matter) seemingly don't recognize as being GH yet, even though they are on the official list.

So my gf grabs a copy of Need for Speed Underground 2 and Call of Duty: Finest Hour, takes them to customer service, and explained to them how they are on the list yet Best Buy has them at the wrong price. At first they tried to use "well, they don't have the red stripe" but she pointed out Pandora Tommorrow, which is listed in the ad but NONE of their copies have the red stripe. This caught them off guard, and then she presented them with the official list from Playstation.com with the games highlighted (by me, of course).

At this point, they called a manager, who had no problem at all confirming that both games should be GH, espically if they are on the official list, and that he'll go ahead and let it slide, and that "we might just be slow on the uptake on marking the new GH".

I was pretty surprised when she came home and gave me the story, since I thought for sure that Best Buy would just straight out deny her. So I guess a little persistance and the proof paid off.

Wanted to throw my story out there, since I know other people are interested in getting NFSU 2 during this sale, and Sony claims it as a GH title. She told me her backup plan was going to be that she would have told them she called this morning, and they told her if she could bring proof of it they would honor it, but she never got a chance to use the backup plan since the manager had no problem ok'ing it from the get go.

So just go, be prepared, be persistent yet nice, and it might pay off.
Nice work! I doubt this would work at my BB. Besides, I havene't even opened NFSU yet.
Hey, I thought the same thing... I had an orientation to go to, and asked if she would give it a shot for me, to which we both had the same thought "no way Best buy is going to let these two games clear as GH titles even though Sony says they are".

It's always worth a shot, the worst that happens is no.
