Hey Guys,

I'm in a pickle. I got in on the 20% coupon that SS.com had a few weeks ago. I unloaded like 60 DVDs to them. I shipped next day and they received it on Jan 31st (thank god for DC). I've just received an email from them telling me that they're still awaiting my order for delivery. I've sent them my response telling them that they've had it since the 31st and that it's their responsibility to find it. What do I do now? Am I the one that get's bent over? Since they've "supposedly" received the package are they still liable to give me my money? Have any of you experienced this?

I need all the help I can get.

I assume you were checking the delivery confirmation? Did you write the order # on the outside of the box? I ask as it's possible they received the order but didn't know who to give credit to.

It's a tough question though - even if you have insurance, USPS won't do anything if their site says it was delivered. Good luck and let us know how it works out!

Sent them the DC number and explained to them that it's their responsibility to find it since they've been sitting on it for a week.

I did write the order number on the box on all 4 sides so I don't know how they could manage to mess this up anymore than they already have.

*fingers crossed* that it works out or I'll be $$$$$ to get this shit replaced.

All boxes i've seen have at least 6 sides, so that might be the issue.

Semantics. Four sides, a top, and a bottom.

I sold some things to Secondspin as well and only wrote the number on the top. They received the package and then about 4 days later I received an email stating everything was in order and I'd have my check in about a week.

Any update OP?
