Hey Guys,
I'm in a pickle. I got in on the 20% coupon that SS.com had a few weeks ago. I unloaded like 60 DVDs to them. I shipped next day and they received it on Jan 31st (thank god for DC). I've just received an email from them telling me that they're still awaiting my order for delivery. I've sent them my response telling them that they've had it since the 31st and that it's their responsibility to find it. What do I do now? Am I the one that get's bent over? Since they've "supposedly" received the package are they still liable to give me my money? Have any of you experienced this?
I need all the help I can get.
