Yes they are...if you pick up the flyer at the store, it says trade in two selected games and any one of these new selected games for $19.99. The back of the flyer has a list of games you can trade.

I looove the 25% off coupons. Viva Pinata for $11, Battlefield: Bad Company for thirty-something two weeks after release, Crackdown for $11, and The Orange Box for twenty-something. My wallet doesn't enjoy it too much though..
