Selling battlefield 3 glyde question?

I have the limit edition version and was wondering would it be a problem because i've already used the online code or do buyers expect to not have a code because they're getting a used version?

If I was buying a used limited edition on glyde, I would think the disc itself is used but the online code un-used. Otherwise it should be listed as the regular edition in used condition. The only difference seperating the limited from the regular is that online/DLC code.

Could they reject it because the cover art is different?

It depends on the buyer. I would not make a big deal out of it, if I get the limited edition and I ordered the standard edition. I would be pissed if I ordered the limited edition and not have a usable online/bonus DLC code which makes it a limited edition in the 1st place.

The cover says Limited Edition. It's not the OP's fault the code is USED. That's what they're made for. Listing it as the regular edition would possibly open them up to someone claiming it's not the right game if the coverart is different.

If anything, they should attempt to make a notation in any seller's notes stating that the code from the LE is USED, but they should still list it under the LE's item number because that's what it was.

i think when you buy anything used, it is best to assume the codes have been redeemed, technically you have a limited edition version of Battlefield 3 and if someone wants the expansion than it is always available to purchase online. A used limited edition and a used standard edition of Battlefield should be exactly the same thing with the exception of difference in cover art; so basically wat im saying is no one can really fault you for selling it as limited edition since you're not lying

I agree here... even if the code is the only thing that makes it LE, it's still a used game and codes are a one time thing.
