selling my signature?

I'm just wondering if I am allowed to "Sell my signature"(auction?) with a service like http://www.sigbay.com - It looks like you get paid to put a URL in your signature, no advertising, just a plain link


What are the rules regarding this?

Selling a sig? People have trouble selling something tangible. Must be impossible to sell a sig.
 
There is nothing illegal about selling your sig. The question you have to ask yourself is: Do I want to be a whore?

Dude, you're sucking the fun out of CAG, first with the massive bannination, now with the no sigs... Idiotic posts and outlandish sigs are the heart and soul of CAG's boards.
 
yeah, i like how before, someone mentioned sigtrader and everyone thought it was a great idea. First post leads the discussion, saying it's stupid, and everyone else fell into place.

As for me, i was completely ready to sell space, but could only accept cash (i wasn't willing to open a paypal account or anything) and ended up saying fuck it after a day or two. I did get an offer a few months later, but turned it down.
