I got my labels from Nintendo to ship out my DS to them, but I was wondering what kind of box people have been using to pack their DS, and where they got them.

if everything else fails, just go to ups and have them package it for you. they may charge you for the box though. i only had a box so i went to ups and they gave me some leftover bubble wrap and packaging tape for free.

Don't pay UPS to box your stuff up. It's highway robbery.

Come to think of it, don't use UPS at all. They mistreat packages. I know because I used to work there. FedEx Ground is faster, safer and cheaper, and FedEx/Kinko's retail stores are way nicer than UPS Stores.

If memory serves, I think I wrapped my DS Lite in bubble wrap and sent it in a padded envelope. The process took about 1 1/2 or 2 weeks and they sent me a refurb system even though it was only my R button that had gone bad. I also had a hinge crack, which I didn't mention on the support request, and I think they probably spotted that and decided to do a swap. Great service if you ask me.

lol, I think every shipping company mistreats packages. I have a friend that works for FedEx, and he warned me to never ship anything through them.
