Sharing PS Plus (On VIta)

Is it possible to do this?

I have a 32GB with my Plus profile on it.

I also have a 16GB I have not used.

Is it possible to share my digital games with another PSN profile? (Plus and PSN purchases)

On the Vita, no, you cannot share it with another profile. You can have it activated on two Vitas, but with the same profile on both.
