Eh. I really didn't enjoy it that much. Its mindless fun and its a cheap game, but it just wasn't my thing.
 
Yes, short but great game, with cool music. The OST to the game is the only game soundtrack I ever bought.

I don't know. I don't see KD working on the DS. Using the dual sticks was a great use of the controller and I can't see it being that good of control on the DS. That's why I'm hoping like hell that KD2 gets here by fall at the latest.

I truly could see it work on the DS. I think that if they made a worthwile KD on DS like I think they could, than that could show other developers how to truly use and maximize the DS's potential.

I guess, but I like how you are pushing the katamari around on the PS2, while with the DS it seems like you'd be dragging it around. The dual stick controls made it fun and different and without them, it just seems like it's a stripped down KD to me. I'd like to actually get my hands on a copy to see how it is, but it's not sounding too good to me.

Very excellent post JimmieMac. It's the only game, other than the classics of Galaga, Pac-man, and the like, that my dad has ever wanted to play. He just loves pushing around the Katamari/garbage as he puts it.

One thing about this game, give it some time. I got it the second day it came out, and played it for about 15 minutes before giving up on it. Just recently (a week ago) I decided to give it another shot. When I rolled over a cat today, I was addicted from then on out.
