I missed buying this on Steam a while back for $19.99; I nearly bought it for the $26 or whatever it is for the Steam holiday sale. I'm glad I waited long enough for this to pop up.

Great game. A friend and I got it for $20 on steam a couple months back and it was/is the best 20 dollars we've spent on a game. So many wasted hours and days on it just saying to ourselves, one more turn.
 
How do games purchased from Impulse work? Is it like Steam where you install a client and then launch the game through that? Or is it as simple as downloading the game and installing it?
 
You install a client, which downloads and installs the game. Once it is installed you don't need to launch client anymore, you can launch the game directly.
