I just picked this up for a friend for ~$25.00 at Barnes & Noble. It was probably a clearance item and super YMMV, but might be worth a look...

Found a stack of maybe 4 or so at the San Jose, Mandarin, FL, B&N. All tagged as "bargain priced" ~$25. Look for them in the bargain (not clearance) book racks along with the other "entertainment" related books.
