I tried the voice commands on Halo Anniversary...pretty much just saying flashlight like an idiot over and over again. It worked probably one out of every 3 times I said it. No other noise interfering or anything. Wasn't impressed.
that would be cool if you can vocally choose from spells and items and what not and have them instantly change. howl and turn into a werewolf lol. one of the most annoying things in skyrim for me is finding and changing stuff.
I used to think the idea of voice commands was stupid but with a game like Skyrim, it's actually pretty convenient. Too bad you have to own a Kinect, which is otherwise useless for any real games. I think the idea of voice commands has some useful purposes for console gaming.k
It would be nice if they could just implement these controls using the mic. But apparently, you need a $100 motion capture device just to use voice commands these days.

thats a good point why couldnt you just do that with a mic and an update of some kind?
