Skyrim (PS3) Deals

I didn't get it for Christmas as I was hoping for, so now I need to get it. I wanna get it this week, what's the best deal on it atm?

(and yes, I do know the PS3 version has problems, but it's the only system I have)

I refuse to pay more than say... $40 for it. I heard TRU had it for $39.99, but only in stores. I don't wanna go all the way to TRU to get Skyrim when it's still questionable whether bethesda will actually fix the problems or not. They say they are working on it. ... thats what they say...
