I paid someone on this site $10 for a demo disc to trade in, but I realized I have too many games as it is and I'll probably never play it. So offer me something... There is a small hole at the top of the case. Near the "PlayStation 2" logo. If I don't think the offers are fair, I'll probably ebay it.... thanks guys.
 
The hole's right through the UPC, right? That's to notify to EB, Gamestop, or anywhere else you trade it in at that it was a copy that was given away. You can still sell it, but not trade it in.
 
Ok, it took me way too long to grok your situation, but I think I got it...

You bought one of the memory-card-erasing demo discs from another CAG so that you could get Sony to send you a free game. You chose Sly, but you decided you don't really want to keep it. Since it was not for resale, they made a hole in the case to indicate that (i.e. it is a 'cutout').

At first, I couldn't figure out if you were selling a demo, or trying to trade Sly 2 for a demo, or what.

Short version: Sly 2 for sale or trade, small cutout hole in case.
 
I don't mind I just would like to play this game because I heard that it was better than the first. I most likely wouldn't trade it in.
 
Okay, then what would you trade it for? Because I don't have a lot of games but if you have a reasonably price game I will buy it and trade it for this.

You do realize that ebay-ish prices are only like $20-25 for a new, sealed Sly 2, right?

Mine brought $26 on Sat. (plus $5 shipping via 1st class) . . . so my net is about $26 after all costs. Not an only to me . . . $26 for free!

Phrostbyte, this deal from Redcar sounds pretty tempting since you have so many games which ones would you be willing to part with that could be included with Sly 2.

Just Sly 2 really... I guess I'll go the ebay route. But I'll wait a day or two, if Redcar's deal doesn't go through, let me know, thanks.
 
Phrostbyte, I would rather pay for the game and Redcar has till this evening to respond back to me. If Redcar doesn't respond I will post another message for you to tell me where to send the payment.
 
Yeah my copy of HSGF had a hole punch through the upc as well through the entire case in the lower right hand corner.
