SNES or N64?

CAGiversary!
im going back to school soon and was wondering if i should get a 64 or just keep my SNES. I never had a 64 so im definitly missing out on some classics (picked up ocarina of time 3d and i think thats the only one i played). But i still have my SNES from when i got it on my 6th birthday, but it's starting to fall apart and the game's batteries are going out. so should i A: get my snes repaired B: buy a new snes or C: get a N64?

Both really good systems. The controller for N64 feels really weird. It was fine way back when, but now I can't use it at all. Try out the controller and see if you like it or get used to it. If you can, get N64.

Depends what you want to play. If you are an RPG guy, stick with the SNES. If you want to invite friends over to play, N64 can't be beat with the likes of Goldeneye and Mario Kart. That again, that would mean that those friends haven't moved onto newer stuff themselves. To me, N64 was always more of a party system(with a few standout single player games)

I agree with mrosnwo, if you are looking to just keep yourself occupied get another SNES, if you are looking to have friends come over and play N64...I personally still prefer the SNES, I still play it this day but I don't even know where my N64 is anymore

Super NES was one of my favorite systems. Actually, still is. For whatever reason, I hated the N64. When the N64 was out, I had moved on to the PS1, and later Dreamcast.

N64 has Paper Mario, better Mario Kart, Mario Party games, Mario 64... Do you see a trend here? Some of the best games are on the N64! SNES is good, too, but you need to experience both!

I prefer the SNES. I really disliked the N64 controller and there are very few RPGs available. On the plus side, the N64 console is pretty cheap unless you buy it from a game shop.

SNES is my favorite gaming system.

If you think you can round up people for regular N64 gaming sessions, definitely pick one up.
