So... how does Lord of the Ring Tactics suck again?

Usually, while I love SRPGs, I have trouble getting into a lot of them.

Only 20% done with LoTR - Tactics, but so far it's been nothing but awesome!

Is this another case where it's just GameSpot pulling another "Hey! This isn't FF! ABYSMAL!!!"?

Basically LOTR isn't as popular as it once was so GS can bash the game to improve what little credibilty they have with gamers.

I am enjoying the game also, but was hesitant based on the so-so reviews about the game. Definitely a keeper.

I've been interested in it, because I liked the Third Age. If I can get the game got $20, I might get it.

I read all the bad reviews, and have avoided it thus far because of them.

I must agree with them on one thing though: the game looks ing terrible. Even for a portable game. Just awful.
