For those with the GS4 who have the new update. Go in to app manager. Look how much memory is on device. Check memory on sd card. Download a large app. Move to sd(you will notice it claims most of the files are already on sd card). Check again.
I had 6.3 GB used on device and 6.9 used on sd card . I downloaded the 700 MB Amazing Spider Man and now device has 7.0 used and sd card is the same. The app says 670 MB is on the sd card. The sd card still shows the same amount of data used over all.
Long story short, if the dev wants the game on device storage....you are still short on memory.
