some Kmart in store deals-YMMV

Shadows916

CAGiversary!
Got back from the Kmart stores in riverhead and middle island, on long island. Both had games marked from 9.99 to 14.99-like manhunt 9.99,lethal skies 2 9.99 (a good game btw-can't compair to ace 4 or 5),blowout for 4.99 and more, nothing all that great-also there was a table with games for ps2,xbox,gc and gba 50% off-mostly sports and yu-yu-hakishu for gbs. Also snagged the madcatz 8mb memory card expander for 5.00. Each kmart had diffrent things, so might be worth checking out.

heh..... Knart..

i dont look at the games at my kmart anymore, b/c they dont put prices on any of their games... guess that would take a little bit of work, and they didnt sign up for the job to do work.

Sounds like every K-Mart. ;)
mine just locks everything up and no one is ever in the electronics department.
Just like mine. Annoying as all hell.

I went and there was only one game I even would consider although a good one....Prince of Persia for the X-Box for $9.99

Mine has that too. Everything behind the glass door without letting you know how much ANYTHING is. It'd be nice if they at least put the prices on the metal things holding the games like most stores do. Oh well, not like they'd get my business anyway.

if they decided to put prices on the games, they'd just take a big piece of paper and write "$49.99" on it and stick it on the glass.

that madcatz 8mb expander doesn't work on the slim ps2-tested it on the big ps2 and works fine. My friend was in gamestop and talked to the sony rep that was there-sony is not making anything to support the slim ps2's. did find out the psp will play everything like the gameboy though

LMFAOO!!!!!!!!

I actually like my Kmart. The prices are actually usually labeled correctly behind the glass. If not, there is a guy working there that will open the glass case for you. They have many old games as well, but you really got to look for them as they are randomly thrown on the bottom.

Camden, SC Kmart has a few games on clearance.

Sly Cooper (ps2) 9.98
Hitman 2 (xbox) 14.98
Advance Wars 2 (was in the 14.98 basket, but could have been either)
Harry Potter gba game 9.98 (do not remember which one)
Primal (ps2) 14.98

Was a few others that I can not recall. Nothing major, but Sly Cooper is a good deal. There were 2 small plastic bins labeled 9.98 and 14.98 near the register.
