Something is up first dell now costco XBOX 360

I saw how dell is "throwing in GoW " now costco is throwing in an extra game with there bundles maybe they are all getting ready for the new SKU , on another note the psp bundle dropped 50$ maybe a revised PSP is also in the works.
 
I saw the same thing at Target a couple of days ago. So it does seem that most stores are trying to get rid of their stock.
 
Um, what extra game is Costco throwing in there? I bought a Costco bundle a few weeks ago when they had a $25 rebate ($450 instead of $475) but I returned it (unopened) as the rumors heated back up again. Then they dropped the normal price to $460 as Arcade Unplugged's MSRP dropped to $20. What is in there now and how much does it cost?

I could definitely see retailers dropping the price and/or bundling ahead of the "Elite 360" news.
 
the extra game is Lost planet or Sonic, all the bundles have free shipping not just the GoW bundle, i have a friend that is accounting/mgt. and i will see if he has herd anything about a new XBOX elite.

Oh, so is this only Costco online?
 
Um, yeah, no kidding. This actually isn't any kind of drop at all.

Like I said, the Arcade Unplugged bundles are $460 in store now anyway. So the Lost Planet bundle (same as the store one + Lost Planet) at $540 is $80 extra. I fail to see how that's any kind of deal :lol:.

They have the standard store bundle online for $470, so $10 more than B&M (to cover shipping presumably). Even compared to that the Lost Planet bundle is a big WTF? It is $70 more. Whaaa?

So this does not appear to be a drop to clear out old stock before the rumored new model comes out. That is what I was thinking this might be at first. Oh well...
 
Expect the original Xbox console to get some drops or be bundled with some games in the coming months as the new version will be coming out and stores are already planning ahead for it.
