Sony Visa card $150 credit back question

I wasn't sure where to post this...

About 2 days ago I signed up for the Sony Visa card to purchase a PS3 and grab the $150 credit back for signing up. Since signing up I haven't heard from them, I have no idea if I was approved or denied. I read somewhere that they would send you your account and a code good for one purchase until you receive your card and activate but I have yet to receive that either. How long do they normally take to get back to you?

Well a couple of friends of mine just applied for the sony visa and they were told they receive notification in the mail within 30 days.
