Plot Summary
Set in the Shinigami technical school for weapon meisters, the series revolves around 3 groups of each a weapon meister and a human weapon. Trying to make the latter a "Death Scythe" and thus fit for use by the Shinigami, they must collect the souls of 99 evil humans and 1 witch.

Found this while searching for the latest Bleach box set today. Sadly, they only have Part 1 and the Part 1 & 2 Double set listed on the site. Around Christmas I saw Part 1 & 2 (separate) for $10 each in store and I got them as gifts for a friend of my. Part 1 contains Episodes 1-13. This series is 51 episodes.

Just so you know... in May they are packing Soul Eater Parts 1 & 2 in a DVD set and a Blu Ray set as well. The other sets are roughly $40 (outrageous) on Amazon individually at the moment. If you just want to try this series, then this is the perfect way to do so. It also includes cool sticker of Soul as well! What can ya lose?

One of my favorite series ever, I think I spent 35 bucks on this when it came out. If it's legit, what a deal!

Good deal, watched it on Netflix. I was disappointed when I didn't find this or Kenichi in-store for $10, but now I'd rather wait for the bluray, and subsequently for the bluray's price to drop.
This is a fantastic show, easily one of my favorites, but wouldn't recommend anyone buy it since it is on Netflix.
What if they hate dubs like me? :p
Then watch it on Hulu or Youtube for free.
Not a fan of either of those players or ads. :p

I pay for CrunchyRoll and The Anime Network to not watch them. lol Really hoping the new Funimation site will have a subscription service.

It's legit. You can even get the set shipped to your local store now for free... If I didn't buy them already, I would of been all over it.

I'll be replacing my DVDs with Blus once they drop in price as well.

My brother is the same way and he said he liked the dub... I think at least the main cast sounded good. Blackstar is still as annoying as ever (but not nearly as loud), and Stein just sounds monotone and lifeless for all of his lines. However, it is one of Funimation's more better dubs in recent years.
