Space Invaders Extreme- PSP or DS?

I have not purchased Space Invaders Extreme yet, so i was wondering which version of the game should I buy the PSP or DS version?

There is a comparison somewhere on the net - maybe IGN and a few other places. I think the general sense is that the PSP version has better graphics but the DS version has more multiplayer functionality and of course you can import the wheel controller for the DS.

I love my DS version, but then again it could be good on the psp.

I've actually heard people like the DS version better for the music, and that the graphics on the psp actually don't look too good on the big screen. But again, I'm not sure, but DS version is more than enough.

I played the import PSP version and bought the DS version when it came to america. I say go with the DS version.

The multiplayer, potential for the paddle controller, battery life, less load times, and online leaderboards are the best. The multiplayer is seriously a blast. Get the DS version if you have the choice.

As others said the DS adds: Online multiplayer, online leader boards, two screen gameplay (bosses and bonus stages), and the option to import the wheel controller.

PSP has: Better graphics and a wider screen gameplay.

Then of course you have the hardware differences in battery life, d-pads etc. to consider.

I have been wondering the same thing since I have a DS and plan on buying a PSP whenever a sale occurs in the weekly ads.

So far I'm leaning towards the DS version, banking that a 3rd party company will release the wheel/controller add-on for the US market, eventually.

Then again, I'd buy PS2 version if the game was ported to it.
