Squaretrade for Xbox 360 Warranty?

Anyone ever use Squaretrade to buy an extended warranty on their consoles? I plugged in the price I paid this weekend for a new one, and they are asking $29.99 for a 3 year warranty. Seems fairly reasonable, unless they're dicks about claims.

This new slim will be my 3rd 360- first one RROD'd, second one is still doing fine, I just needed a bigger HDD.

Thanks for the input Ivanhoe - I've bought one from them before, but they didn't send me a coupon. I'm guessing it's because I bought it through B&N for my wife's Nook. Coincidentally, that warranty expires in 3 days.

Also, when you say they're great - have you had to file a claim with them? If so, could you tell me a little about your experience? Thanks again.
