For those who don't know Staples has a rewards program that is supposed to give you free shipping, but there is a major problem that many people are encountering where their Staples rewards number is useless because the site doesn't recognize it and won't give us free shipping like it's supposed to.
Most people don't have this problem, but quite a few do and Staples is just too retarded to fix it. I've called them over 6 times and emailed them about the same and everytime they say they are going to fix it, but in the end nothing happens. This last time they told me that everything would be fine after their "new" website was up, but guess what? It still doesn't give me free shipping!
How incompetant does a company have to be to say they are going to fix something many times to many people, but in the end fix nothing and then act like they don't know what's going on??
