This doesn't count how many people are receiving codes via email notifications, though. As of just now, there are 671 people following this topic.

Depending on the resources currently available to these forums, instant notifications can sometimes go out pretty fast. Often times within a second or two.

By the way, spoiler tags have no effect in email notifications so those subscribed don't even have to click a button to see codes.
