Rest Of World means the entire world, but I guess you're looking specifically for the NA version (if there is one).

Can someone explain the way the group buy works? Does the host purchase the bundle but then sends the codes to the others who funded the group purchase? Just curious...sorry.

The host send the gifts to the 3 others in the group. You get a message saying so and so has gifted you so and so game.
