Probably Russian, Capcom games are fairly cheap there. They're safe but there is a very small possibility they can be revoked. Never seen it happen though. Steam gifts are probably a better option though, you can get it for around that price.

Well i suppose it isnt out of the question when you get $15 Dishonored's and Skyrims floating around, but then a lot of those came from the Bethesda bundle *cough* glitch ;)

Greenman had the Special edition (59.99) for 17$ a month ago. There are lots of people that end up selling graphics cards promo games here for cheap.

Jake had hitman, farcry and sleeping dogs (before it was discounted heavily) for 50$ for all 3. This is when he was selling farcry 3 alone for 37 $ so hitman can be found cheap trust me.

Also if I dont get it for that price its no biggie. Im still playing games like dishonored (which i bought here for cheaper than its ever been listed before)
