gamestop.com. For 24 hours Gamestop will be offering overnight shipping on the Limited Edition of Mass Effect. In for one.

Edit: Ok i went back and clicked on the counter and it said Free 2 Day Shipping. But the counter is a little screwy so hold off for a while.

I canceled my original order and replaced it for the shipping deal - perhaps if you called you could get the next day shipping, i can live with 2 day.
