Familyvideo has Street Fighter IV for 360 for 29.99 Used + 1.99 Shipping.

They always say the games don't include manuals but I've had good luck with it. Probably about 50% come with the manual. If anything is wrong with the case or disc their customer service is always great at resolving the issue.

not that great. You can find it brand new with free shipping on ebay for around $35-$40. Used for around this same price but complete.

not bad, but bleah when did family video charge tax in NY? guess it has been a long time since I ordered from them, I looked at my order history and I only order GoW1 from them back in Oct.

as for free shipping, freeship used to work like 2 months ago, you might want to try to see if it still works now.

I know it is ymmv with whether or not you receive manuals from family video with used game orders, but I have received both SFIV and PoP (both 360) from them WITH manuals - of course this doesn't mean everyone will, just sharing my experience as of late.
