Suikoden 1 and 2 Strategy Guides

First a disclaimer, I have both games and I love 'em to death, but I had no idea what the guides went for. I rolled into a used bookstore 'round here about 2-3 months ago, went back to the cheapo section ($1-$2 books). And, lo and behold both the guides were back there! Suikoden 1 'Unauthorized Secrets & Solutions' for a whoppin dollar, and the Suikoden 2 Prima guide for 2 bucks!!!

But, because I'm an idiot, I passed on Suikoden 1 because it was just black and white, boring ass book! Then I go home, look on Ebay (for curiousity) and its going for over $100+ . So, I go back the next day, and WALA, its looooong gone...dammit...

Ah well, did scoop the Prima guide for $2.... so I guess I technically could brag about that, but it's out-weighed by the fact I passed on a possible $50 + flip-back on the one!!!!!

So now everyone, please cry for my lost Suikoden 1 guide. Thank you.
 
Its too bad you didn't pick up the Suikoden 1. Now that I know I can sell it for $100 on ebay I'll be sure to keep my eye out for it. :)
 
ouch,..sry 2 hear that OP..kinda like the time when i was younger, and i wanted 2 get the royal blue peanut beanie baby .it was inn my hand!! and i was like, no i dont want it..it was like $5..for those that dont kno..the royal blue peanut elephant goes for $5,000 (at least it used to on ebay..not sure if it still dus)
 
I hate it when I do something stupid like that!

I've done it . . . pass on something and then learn that it has value.
