I'm pretty sure that means that the game is originally factory sealed. On the top of factory sealed games, the wrap is kind of in the shape of a "Y." You wouldn't happen to have any pictures, would you?

The shrinkwrap....why not just say 'Never openen original shrinkwrap'? Ive worked in the game industry for many years and have never heard of this Y fold.
